尊敬的各位领导、各位嘉宾：
大家好！
和煦的春风吹遍了祖国的大地，大江南北，万物复苏，正当全国人民沐浴在这明媚的春光里，全力以赴奔向小康前程的时候，我们又迎来了第十四个“税收宣传月”。在这里，我以最崇敬的心情向工作在税收战线上的全体同志们说声：“您们辛苦了”！
我演讲的题目是：我是纳税人
今天，历史让我们站在二十一世纪的演讲台上。亲爱的朋友，此时，你可听到了一种澎湃的声音，这声音来自我们、来自中国、来自世界，那是日新月异的世界变迁的潮汐。
当网络经济、电子商务和信息技术的潮流步入我们的生活，当中国的载人航天飞机飞上太空，当鲜艳的五星红旗冉冉升起在异国的上空，当奥运的圣火即将点燃在2008年的北京古城。。。。朋友，你的心中可曾有一份骄傲和责任。骄傲的是我们正在为祖国的巨变尽着滴水之力。同时，一份更为浓重的责任怦然在胸，那就是，面对着这一切，今天的我们该想什么，又该做些什么？
今天参加演讲的朋友们，有的是来自企业，有的是来自事业，有的来自于机关、团体。。。。。虽然我们的工作不同，但我们的目的却是一致的，那就是用我们辛勤的双手为共和国大厦添砖加瓦，共创辉煌！也许有人会说，我只是一普通人，税收是税务局和税务工作者的事，跟我没关系。而我却说，税收不仅是我国国民经济的命脉，更是每一个公民应尽的义务！
我是来自电力公司的一名普通员工，虽然我与税务机关、与穿着制服的税官们不常来往，但通过工作中的学习，使我深深地懂得税收在全面建设小康社会中的重要作用。
在我们的局务会、财务会上，局领导对我们的缴税进度问题的高度重视，让我更加深刻地理解了税收赋予我们的是一种义不容辞的责任。国税干部深入基层对税收政策法规的指导，让我们电力公司知道了做为一户企业，必须依照税收法律向国家纳税。同时，我们也知道了增值税、所得税、营业税等10多个税种的名字。据统计，自从2000年开始到现在，电力公司累计向国家缴纳税款近2000万元，成为当地纳税大户，为地方经济的发展起到了积极的推动作用。
讲到这里，骄傲与自豪、欣慰与畅快荡漾着我们的心灵，这是因为，今天的中国税收曾溶入了我们的每一滴汗水。几年来，不管资金多么紧张，我们绝不会滞纳税款，我们的口头禅是：“交足税，留够费，剩下自已做分配”。因为我们深知，税收是一项庞大的系统工程，它不仅仅是税务人员的职责，更需要全社会的理解和支持，。是啊，如果说生活中是没有旁观者，那么纳税义务也是一样没有旁观者，我们每一个人都是纳税义务人，只不过纳税的方式不同罢了。如果说我们把国家比喻成人的“肌体”，那么税收就是肌体里的血液，国家机关的有效运转最终取决于税收的实现；如果说，我们把国家比喻成一个家庭，那么我们的企业、事业、公司、集团和十二亿人民就是这个家庭的基本成员，而且税收就是这个家庭的一笔巨大而稳定的收入。
亲爱的朋友们，相信吧，有了您的纳税，才有了我们共和国的繁荣！不是么，如果没有税收，经济建设靠什么，公益事业靠什么，科研教育靠什么；如果没有税收，谁来保护我们的家园？谁来保护我们的国家？
税收是共和国的血脉，这血脉里有我们所有纳税人的共同努力，是十二亿中国人共同写下的辉煌！这辉煌里有你、有我、也有他！
各位朋友，我和你们一样坚信：有了税收才有了我们祖国的繁荣昌盛，有了税收才有了我们国家的美好前程。“依法纳税”已不再是一句宣传口号，它已成为全体国民的自觉行动。
亲爱的朋友，让我们共同畅想我们的未来，让我们用响亮的声音骄傲地说一句：“我是纳税人”！

纳税是每个公民应尽的义务。纳税人交纳的税金是用于国家的财政开支。国家税收入的多少关系到国家综合实力的大小。国家税收入越多，我们的国家经济实力就越强大。假如每个公民都不按章纳税，国家的税收入减少，那么我们的国家就会变得越来越穷，容易被另外的国家欺负。其实，每个公民交的税款都是用在国防开支、市政建设、国民教育等其他方面的财政开支。这样对每个公民、国家、社会都有很大的好处。所以。每个公民都应该自觉做好自己应尽的义务。如果那么小的事情都做不好的话，就不要说要为国家做出更多、更大的贡献了。
但是，有些公司或商场会经常逃税。他们所经营销售的商品或产品不给顾客开具发票，只提供收据，这就是一种逃税的行为了。我和爸爸就遇到过这种情况：记得那是晴朗的一个下午，我和爸爸去了一间普通的商场买东西，我们买了大约二百多元的东西。我们要求售货员开发票给我们，可是售货员只给了我们收据，没有给我们发票。我们看到这种情形非常生气。懂税法的爸爸教育售货员说：“你们知不知道，你们这样做是逃税的行为，是很不对的，这样会造成国家收取企业的营业税损失。你们居然为了自己挣钱，就不开发票给我们，这样做损失了国家的利益。”售货员们听了我爸爸的话，脸红得像太阳，他们没说什么，很快地开了一张发票给我们。然后，我和爸爸高兴地走出了这家商店。我想：应该是他们知道错了吧。爸爸对税法还真了解啊！
通过这件事，我更加知道了纳税是每个公民一定要做的。
